Top concern before RPA Implementation
Our client uses the Retalix (point of sales) system close to around 15-year used on their sites in Merlin. Retalix application is hosted on a Citrix server. In the past Retalix sales, reports are interfaced with NetSuite and Azure manually. The process is tedious, repetitive, and time-consuming.

How we used RPA for connecting Netsuite Integrations?
The first and foremost step is to connect to Retailix via Citrix and download the reports to Azure Blob using Robotic Process Automation Solutions. Afterward, the Retail reports are then consolidated using business rules and posted to Netsuite using Netsuite web application via Netsuite connector.
Finally, We Implemented RPA Bot to integrate legacy applications to RPA Netsuite. The solution has been deployed in more than 40 sites across 200 terminals, using The process is fully automated & thus 0 human errors.
It is identical to a tactical/manual system that will eventually be replaced by RPA implementation.
